TIXR is the ONLY authorized platform selling tickets for our events. Tickets purchased elsewhere are not guaranteed to be valid. For all ticketing inquiries and customer service, please email info@risingsunpresents.com and our team will be happy to help. We retain a record of all ticket purchases.

Valid ID is required for Will-Call ticket retrieval. To expedite entry, we recommend having your tickets added to your smartphone wallet or TIXR app before the event.

The concert grounds are located at 694 W Beidler Rd, King of Prussia

LIMITED Preferred Parking is available as an add-on at checkout when purchasing a ticket.

If you purchase a Preferred Parking Pass, or are being dropped or picked up via a taxi or ride share, use the address above.

Free Parking is available a short walk from the box office entrance. Please use the same address above and follow the signs for free parking.

Limited ADA Parking is reserved in this lot as well, so pre-purchasing a spot is the safest way to ensure that no matter when you arrive, you will have a close spot waiting for you.

A variety of food trucks and full service bars will be present on the concert grounds.

Our full lineup of vendors and offerings will be available closer to the event.

Age Policy:
Children under 2 years old are admitted free of charge. Attendees 2 years of age and older must purchase a ticket for entry. Of course, 21+ to drink and anyone providing alcohol to minors will be removed from the show.
Ear protection is encouraged for all, but especially for younger patrons.

No Re-Entry:
Once you have checked in at the concert grounds, re-entry will not be permitted.

Weather Policy:
Concerts will take place rain or shine. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Heuser Park is an outdoor, open-air venue that cannot guarantee patrons refuge from inclement weather. The safety of our patrons is a top priority – Rising Sun Presents may delay the start, interrupt, or even cancel a concert if an emergency occurs. Updates will be provided as soon as possible via email, the RSP website and social media.

The venue is ADA accessible. Heuser Park is a flat, grassy field with sidewalks from the parking lots to the entrance. Limited ADA Parking is available, and we will do our very best to accommodate everyone who needs it. Accessible bathrooms are also provided.
